COVID-19 Policy

Professional Dairy Managers of Pennsylvania and the Center for Dairy Excellence will be hosting our PA Dairy Summit in Lancaster, PA on February 2-3, 2022.  Unless state guidelines change for in-person gatherings, PA Dairy Summit will be an in-person conference. Dairy Summit supports measures to ensure the health and safety of our attendees and will follow guidelines put forth by the CDC, State of Pennsylvania, Lancaster County and the Lancaster Marriott Convention Center.
PA Dairy Summit and its hosting organizations will not be liable for any real or perceived exposure to COVID-19 or other transmitted condition. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID in any public space and exposure is possible despite following all recommended guidelines. By attending PA Dairy Summit you are assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
At this time, fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel and conference center, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated attendees continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces throughout the conference.
If you do not feel comfortable with potential exposure or mitigation measures, then please do not register for the conference. No refunds will be made after January 21 due to concerns related to mitigation measures or potential exposure.
